Splurge Designer Spotlight: Hervé Van der Straeten #hervevanderstraeten #ralphpucci #fashion #admasm

I first spotted Hervé Van der Straeten on Deborah Ann Woll (Jessica from True Blood) when she was featured in Allure magazine January 2011.  I feel in love with the architectural statement pieces but could not for the life of me find a retailer that carried this brand.  About a year later Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus started to carry the line then Net-a-Porter followed suit.  The pieces are handmade in Paris and plated with 24-karat gold.  The price point starts at about $175, averaging approximately $300 and goes upwards to $2,000 for a few select pieces.

However, it's not just Van der Straeten's jewelery line that we love.  His home furnishings and light fixtures (Ralph Pucci Link) are absolutely amazing but with some pieces selling at a whopping $30,000, we can only pray that at some stage in his career he will do a Target collabo!

Fun fact:  Hervé Van der Straeten designed the “J’adore” perfume bottle for Dior.
